I'm a heavy set woman. Hard to fit, my tops run about 2XL and my bottoms run about 1XL (or 22W). Its hard to find a place that sells clothes true to their size charts. Why they are so different, I don't know. Foreign online stores sizes tend to be way off on American size charts. Their XL's fit me more like a Large and often call their sizes "one size fits all". There's no such thing, and I never order/buy from anybody that advertises like that. Intentional or not, to me its a bit shady dealing. I'm gonna keep track of the Happy Trunk Store for future orders. I'm 5'4'', have thick thighs, and even the leg room on these pants don't restrict at all. Comfy-roomy, soft fabric, elephants in the design, whats not to like? XXL:my waist is like 55'', inseam 29''. Btw, these pants have elastic at the ankles, picture doesn't show that so well. One other tip about inseam: look at the tag in your jeans, not sure if manufacturers still do this, but your jeans should look something like 34/30, even 54/30. That's waist/inseam. In case you don't have a measuring tape. Every woman should have a measuring tape.fyi: in response to some reviews: 1. you've washed your pants, and now there a hole in the crotch: it is not unusual for stitching to come loose after washing its not because of faulty fabric or the person who sewed them. Just fraying can cause a stitch to come loose. Or the hole was already there you just didn't see it. I could sew up the hole in the crotch in five minutes. Good as new.2. I've read some reviews about how their pants didn't fit well. When you look at the size chart with product. I have trouble with the right fit. My waist is about 50 1/2, hips are 55, and my inseam is 29, but 30 in inseam I like best. You MUST get your inseam length. Your weight has nothing to do with your measurements. Get a tape measure, position the tape measure in the crotch of your pants where the seams come together, then down to the top of the arch of your foot. That's your inseam and very important as your waist and hips.I ordered and received my harem pants, tried them on right away in case they needed to be returned. According to their size chart 3X was my size. Its seems to me that American women are the only women on the planet whose measurements aren't accurate with the the rest of the world. Don't know why. My pants are comfy, love the fabric, not too thin, they drape well. Kind of like my chinos pants. Washed well, if they shrunk even a little, I could not tell. Same fit before and after washing.Saw one description that called them "sweat pants". These are NOT even close to sweat pants! I'm happy with mine. I would wear them to work. I bought three over the course of like two or three months or so. That's plenty of time for new manufactured fabric to change a bit. Mine were still the same fit, wear, and no fading. Folks just need to really pay attention to the size charts, because some other sellers with same fabric same quality, and their 3x was more like 1x. Pay attention to the charts, if the waist and hips don't go any higher than 48 '', they will not fit you and disappoint you.As for shipping, I got these pants in the mail faster than the keyboard cover that has now changed the delivery date to April 14th. I ordered it back in February. I'm just hoping that my keyboard cover isn't on that huge freighter stuck in the Suez Canal.
